Time and place

• Location: Double Tap (310 Oak St, Kansas City, MO 64106)
• Game days: 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30
  • Tournament: 5/7
• Play time: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Regular season: 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Tournament: 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

League structure

• Game play: 4 games, 5 minutes per game. Games will not always be back to back.
• League team limit capacity: 10 teams total, 1 division
• Players per team: 5 min. to 8 max.
• Min. players required in a game: 4
• Max. players in a game: 4

Registration timeline

• Regular registration: 3/17 - 3/25, $40.00
• Late registration: 3/25-3/29, $45.00

Registration will close when the league reaches capacity, which could occur anytime before 3/29.

Team structure

Team captains: Those who wish to start a team should register as a team captain. They'll be the primary point of contact, and responsible for managing their team.

Team players: If you already know which team you're going to play on, and have received approval from that team captain, you will need to register as a team player. Please note that captains have final say over their rosters and can email the Virtual Reality Director to remove a player from their team but only after the captain has first communicated with the player and explained the reason for removal.

Free agents: Players registering as Free agents (aka any player joining not as part of an existing team) will be placed on an open team after registration closes. Free agents can reach out to the Virtual Reality director (kc.caroline.farchmin@stonewallsports.org) to request a team placement. We will do our best to put you on a team based on your preferences, but cannot guarantee a specific placement. We will have a limited number of free agent spaces available.

Captain's Meeting

3/28 from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Zoom call. All captains are required to attend. If they're not available, your team is required to have at least one representative present.

League Info

We will be requiring proof of vaccinations for the upcoming season. If you already submitted your proof of vaccination for a previous season of any sport, you will NOT need to resubmit verification. Please make sure to sign up using the same email address you used for previous seasons so that we can verify. If you have not previously submitted your proof of registration, please submit it by clicking here.
